Our Foundation & Vision
Founded in 1973 by two visionary engineers, Late V. R. Aminbhavi and R. K. Hegde, the firm has grown steadily from strength to strength. Quality Assurance is an integral part of the firm’s operations. To strengthen this commitment, the firm operates its own in-house laboratory, equipped with the latest machines and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment for testing various construction materials.
The laboratory holds NABL accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, lending credibility and accuracy to test results. Operating under the name Aminbhavi & Hegde Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. – Material Testing Unit, the lab has earned a distinct identity within the civil engineering fraternity. The laboratory staff is experienced, well-trained, and certified by approved and recognized professionals.

Detailed Engineering Services
Detailed Engineering is a critical phase in project development and is undertaken exclusively by licensed and experienced experts with extensive multidisciplinary engineering backgrounds. These services benefit not only infrastructure projects but also sectors such as energy, pharmaceuticals, mining, oil & gas, and industrial development.
Detailed Engineering is carried out after Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Basic Engineering, using client-approved process flow diagrams and plot plans. Engineers prepare definitive construction drawings, equipment and vessel layouts, and assist with supplier management and activity scheduling. Environmental impact considerations are also addressed comprehensively before construction begins.
