Position: Structural Design Engineer
Location: Bangalore, Dharwad
We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Staad-Pro, ETABS and SAFE software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing and reviewing structural systems for various building projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of buildings using Staad-Pro, ETABS and SAFE.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and design reports.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors and other engineering disciplines.
- Review and check structural drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure designs adhere to local and international codes.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Optimize structural systems for cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Participate in project meetings and present design solutions.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and client submissions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in structural design of buildings.
- Proficiency in Staad-Pro, ETABS and SAFE for structural analysis and design.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Position: Structural Draftsmen
Location: Bangalore, Dharwad
We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsmen Engineer with experience of more than 3+ years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design detailing of different kind of structures. Detailing shall be as per the codes & to meet client’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares engineering drawings of plans, profiles, Typical sections, cross sections and other typical details based on Standard drawings.
- Should be able to work under minimal supervision and be able to organize and perform tasks necessary to complete assigned projects successfully.
- Set up project reference base files, set up sheets per standards and manage drawings via sheet set manager
- Adhere to client-specific quality control process (CAD Standards).
- Experience of working collaboratively in a team environment with other CAD Technicians and Engineers.
- Be competent do develop and understand basic alignments in civil3d, prepare cross sections and/or extract quantities.
- 3D design and corridor Modelling in Civil3D will be an asset.
- Knowledge of working in Collaborative work Environments such as Sharepoint and Projectwise will be an asset.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E in Civil Engineering with minimum 3+ years of prior structural /civil engineering projects CAD related experience.
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software would be considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated abilities in multidisciplinary project teamwork and coordination
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
Position: Architect
Location: Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Architect to lead the architectural design process for large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing design work while managing a team of junior architects and designers. This leadership role requires strong creative vision, a deep understanding of architectural practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect design brief
- Prepare architectural designs that are functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing, for large scale developments which include residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
- Submit designs for management/client review and obtain approval
- Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner
- Manage and guide designers involved in preparing presentation drawings, approval drawings and good for construction drawings
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineer, structural engineers, project managers, surveyors and other relevant consultants
- Shall be able to produce 3D images
Qualifications
- B.Arch with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in the use of softwares like AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Sketchup and other 3D rendering softwares
- Strong expertise in design development, detailing, and execution coordination
